Coding Review Workshop

The American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) is a national medical coding certification organization. Obtaining this certification validates superior knowledge and expertise in various medical coding environments. This workshop provides review and preparation for the CPC® certification exam. 10 Hours (2 Saturdays 9am-2pm) Cost: $325.00

IC Health Certification Workshop

Technology is vital to the efficient operation of any healthcare setting. Technologically skilled workforce in a healthcare facility expands productivity, improves profitability, and effectively achieves business objectives. This workshop provides hands on skill training in information technology including health information systems, the management of personal patient information, healthcare records, patient safety and clinical risk management, and the internet and professional updating in medicine. CMA (AAMA) Exam Review Workshop

For those who have graduated from a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited medical assisting program the Certified Medical Assistant credential means a professional edge. This credential is nationally recognized by employers across the country. RMA Exam Review Workshop

Medical assistants are vital to the success of a medical practice. Obtaining the credential of Registered Medical Assistant validates a person’s qualifications in both front office administrative and back office clinical skills. This workshop provides review and preparation for the Registered Medical Assistant exam through American Medical Technologists (AMT), including practice exams. 20 Hours (9am-noon) Cost: $99.00

General X-ray Machine Operator

The Ohio Business College General X-ray Machine Operator (GXMO) certificate course is designed to equip you with the knowledge necessary to set up, perform, and develop radiographic examinations in a clinical setting. Approved by the Ohio Department of Health. Graduates of this course will be eligible to continue their education in a clinical setting and register for the GXMO licensure test required by the Ohio Department of Health.12 Hours (Saturdays 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am – 2pm) Cost: $299.00.
